The Role
We are seeking experienced WHSE Advisors and Senior WHSE Advisors to join our team and support our projects in the East Coast, primarily in Queensland and New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on various renewables projects across Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Corporate WHSE Manager and Project WHSE Manager in identifying gaps in systems and procedures
- Facilitating project risk assessments and reviews
- Developing and implementing safety strategies to prevent incidents and injuries
- Ensuring compliance with WHSE legislation and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to site operational leaders to foster a positive safety culture
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of WHSE legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
