Safety and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Safety and Compliance Officer. As a key member of our safety and compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective safety and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance and risk management activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on safety and compliance procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective safety and compliance program.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in safety and compliance. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
