About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Development Coordinator to join our Masterplanned Communities Development team based in the Sunshine Coast.

As part of the development team, you will support the team responsible for ensuring projects are scoped, designed and delivered in accordance with the Stockland framework, agreed vision and profitability levels.

Reporting to the Development Director and Senior Development Manager, you will support improved profit centre performance by delivering projects within cash flow and profit return benchmarks for individual residential projects on the Sunshine Coast including Aura.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project delivery to ensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met
  • Assist with control and monitoring of development budgets, procurement and payment of consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Assist with monitoring market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness
  • Support title delivery programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved, including but not limited to the monitoring of contractor performance and liaison with the project manager and project consultants, and close contact with customer relations
  • Collaborate with all internal business units to meet project objectives, including finance, marketing, sales, conveyancing, project management, legal and customer relations
About You

You will have understanding of property development and a strong interest in developing a long-term career in the property industry.

Completed tertiary qualifications in property or related fields such as architecture, commerce, valuations, or law.

Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
