Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Property and Projects Manager for the Retail and Commercial business.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Assist with the administration of property documents and records.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Undertake special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.

About the Role:

This is a contract position with a salary of $80,000-$100,000 + Superannuation. The role is based in Brisbane and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for property management, we encourage you to apply.
