Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the Casual Support Worker position.

This role involves working with participants to build positive relationships, identifying and assessing risks associated with their activities, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

About The Role
  • Build strong relationships with participants to encourage self-determination and active involvement in their recovery journey.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with participant activities.
  • Perform various tasks such as light cleaning, room preparation, and transportation to appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A relevant Certificate-level qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
