Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description:

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-level architectures for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring team members adhere to architectural standards.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
