Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead our core advisory, solution delivery, and client engagement activities.

  • Utilise your expertise in analysing and improving business processes in areas such as IT Strategy & Operations, HR Management, Governance Risk & Security, Cyber Security Management, and Customer Service Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and design effective solutions aligned to platform capabilities and business requirements.
  • Leverage your skills in business process design, configuration, and optimisation to drive high-quality deliverables and successful implementation.
  • Lead projects and a dedicated team, ensuring high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ServiceNow space, with expertise in platform governance, scalability, development concepts, and application in a client or project environment.

Additionally, we require candidates with experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST, and SOAP communication protocols, working with SSL or designing authentication setups SAML 2.0.

We are looking for a team player who can work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
