Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-level architectures for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and security protocols.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, offering architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification.
