Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement initiatives to improve member experience, satisfaction and tenure
- Work with internal technical experts to develop and expand personalisation of the member experience
- Identify strategic opportunities and develop solutions to grow the core of our health insurance business
- Breakdown strategic initiatives into internal action plans and develop tactical campaigns
- Conduct root cause analysis and reporting
About you
You will have strong stakeholder management experience, influencing and communication skills to work with internal and external resources and suppliers.
This role requires data-driven decision making, a passion for member satisfaction and creating best in class solutions while balancing sustainable business outcomes.
