The nib Newcastle Knights are an Australian professional Rugby League Football Club based in Newcastle, New South Wales. The Knights compete in Australasia's rugby league competition, the National Rugby League (NRL) premiership. We are owned by The Wests Group Australia, Newcastle's owned and operated (not-for-profit) membership-based organisation.

The nib Newcastle Knights has a proud history in the Hunter Valley and has forged strong ties to the community. Our club has won two premierships over its history (1997 and 2001) and has produced arguably some of the NRL's greatest players. **About the position**

The nib Newcastle Knights are currently seeking a Membership and Ticketing Manager to support the smooth day to day running of all membership and ticketing operations. This opportunity is a key leadership position responsible for the growth and development of the nib Newcastle Knights and Balance Collective membership and ticketing programs. Leading our Membership and Ticketing team, this position will be key to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and securing sales to ensure the long-term growth and success of the club.

Evening and weekend availability may also be required for Club events.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in the growth and development of membership and ticketing programs.
- Sound understanding of marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Experience in developing and executing membership, ticketing and fan engagement initiatives which result in ongoing membership and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up and optimise new systems.
- Experience working with Achtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems highly desirable.
