Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and service efforts, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and inspire our team to achieve sales and service targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
    • Provide timely and accurate quotations and estimates
  • Service Delivery and Quality
    • Ensure that all service technicians are equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences
    • Monitor and improve service quality, safety, and productivity
  • Training and Development
    • Identify and address training needs to improve employee skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance
  • Operational Management
    • Monitor and control budgets and costs on service jobs
    • Ensure that all executed jobs align with our company's mission, vision, and values
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry
    • Previous experience as a service manager in a trade business
    • Completed Certificate 4, including backflow and TMV courses
  • Skills and Attributes
    • Outstanding plumbing skills and job/product knowledge
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
    • Competent in using mainstream IT operating systems and cloud-based software systems
