About the Role

O'Brien Plumbing Wyong is an expanding, family-run business with a reputation for excellence in plumbing services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing Sales & Service Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire staff to create a positive team culture and drive results-focused success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, productivity, and profitability.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
  • Provide timely quotations and convert opportunities into jobs.
  • Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs and ensure alignment with company mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
  • Outstanding plumbing skills and knowledge.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the plumbing industry.
  • Previous experience as a service manager, preferably in a trade business.
  • Completed Certificate 4 including backflow and TMV courses.
  • Clear criminal history and valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to be organized, complete tasks on time, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and work with mainstream IT operating systems.
