The Role
  • Implement and maintain robust personnel security processes aligned with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
  • Drive improvements across onboarding and offboarding, manage governance activities such as international travel and secondments.
  • Maintain accurate records and executive reporting.
  • Shape cultural awareness and embed protective security principles across the organisation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in personnel security.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PSPF and government security protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and drive policy, process and cultural change without direct reports.

  • A total remuneration package including 12% Super.
  • Full remote work option but can also go into the office if preferred.
