Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Operations Management: Oversee daily centre activities including staffing, budgeting, and communication with parents.
  • Team Support: Coach, mentor, and foster professional growth among Educators and Teachers.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging activities promoting children's holistic development.
  • Safety and Well-being: Prioritise children's safety and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive work culture valuing teamwork and diversity.
What You'll Bring:
  • A minimum ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage priorities effectively.
