Job Title: Business Operations Assistant

About the Role:

This role involves providing varied support to the Finance & Administration Manager. You will work as part of a team offering close assistance to key stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Partners, HR staff, and valued clients.

You will be the first point of contact for the business, focusing on responding to client inquiries, greeting staff and guests, and handling inbound telephone calls.

The position requires supporting the business through calendar management, including booking site inspections for engineers across regional offices, accurate data entry into Excel and MYOB, end-of-month processes, and ad-hoc administrative tasks that support the Engineering Team.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3-5 years' experience in a client-facing administration role utilizing Microsoft Office software programs.

You must have proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook, with exposure to accounting packages like MYOB or similar.

A warm approach and advanced communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role.
