The Breakfast Chef role is ideal for a passionate and experienced professional who can lead the breakfast shift with enthusiasm and love for fresh food.
This position involves overseeing the morning meal service, preparing and presenting dishes according to Brand Standard guidelines, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, interacting with guests, and supporting stock control.
About The PositionKey responsibilities include leading the breakfast shift, preparing and presenting food according to Brand Standard guidelines, maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques, interacting with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences, and supporting stock control, including daily monitoring and reporting stock needs to the Head Chef.
Qualifications- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef.
- Excellent knife skills and a passion for fresh, quality food.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
