Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the morning shift, including a full breakfast buffet and live cooking station.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.
  • Engage with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences.
  • Support inventory management, including daily monitoring and reporting stock needs to the Head Chef.
  • Aim for minimal waste and maintain strict stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth operation of an assigned kitchen section.
  • Assist in food preparation for breakfast services.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on continuous learning and quality improvement.
