Job Overview

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the operational workforce to deliver exceptional services to the community.

As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making informed decisions regarding resource allocation to achieve a balance between service delivery and financial objectives.

You will provide critical insights and recommendations to stakeholders on operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage across all areas of operations.
  • Balancing service delivery with financial constraints using a global view to best utilise available resources.
  • Providing solutions to identified trends, operational issues and process gaps.
  • Managing contacts from operational staff relating to planned and unplanned absences and assessing the impact on staffing requirements.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in workforce planning methodologies in a contact centre environment and bring extensive experience in common metrics used in this field.

They will demonstrate analytical and logical thinking, applying creative solutions to resource constraints and changes with outstanding attention to detail.

Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or possess a Permanent Resident visa. Preferred candidates may be required to complete a Pre-employment Medical Declaration, subject to a National Police Check clearance.
