Cloud Database Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Database Design: Design and implement cloud-based database solutions using relational and non-relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
  • Performance Optimization: Maintain and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide expert-level support for database-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Engineer, with a focus on cloud-based databases.
  • Strong understanding of cloud database services such as AWS RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
