We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Support professional to assist the Senior Payroll Officer in performing critical payroll-related administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Audit data entry for payroll processing to ensure accuracy
- Monitor placement approvals and verify timely documentation
- Track outstanding timesheets and facilitate timely payroll finalization
- Manage the payroll inbox and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in payroll transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth and compliant payroll processing
- Degree from a recognized college or university
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration or HR support
- Must have expertise using Astute Payroll by Deel
- Familiarity with JobAdder, Deputy, Bullhorn, Loxo, MYOB, or Xero is an asset
- Exceptional organizational and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
