SWP supply both temporary and permanent personnel to a large variety of industries located within the Bunbury region.If your expertise is providing a high level of service in processing a large payroll with a variety of administrative accounting tasks then we would like to meet you
The key responsibilities include :Accurate, high volume data entry input of weekly timesheetsProcess new starters and changes; prepare payroll taxDevelop an understanding of a variety of Fair Work Awards and conditions of employment to ensure data validityAssisting with Accounts Payable invoice processingRespond to enquiry from employees, clients and management along with meeting payroll reporting and KPI targetsAnswering phones and relaying accurate messagesElectronic filing, incoming and outgoing mail and other general administrative duties, as requiredThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate :Experience working within a financial, payroll or accounting environmentIntermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft OfficeStrong and accurate keyboard skillsExcellent attention to detail and accurate numeracy recountKnowledge of previously working with EAs, Awards and employment contracts, advantageousAbility to prioritise, plan and communicate effectively with staff at all levelsFlexibility in workload and adjust to team requirements weeklyWell developed interpersonal skills to easily build positive working relationshipsYou will need to hold a C Class drivers licence and own reliable transport.
