As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also assist with the management of external research contracts, including liaison with contractors and basic contract administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing stakeholder engagement activities
  • Assisting with the management of external research contracts
  • Supporting document management and version control for project materials
  • Formatting and proofreading reports, briefings, and other written content
  • Conducting basic research and data collection to support policy analysis
  • Maintaining project management tools and tracking project milestones
  • Organising and coordinating workshops, seminars, and other events
  • Providing general administrative support to the Investment Effectiveness Program (IEP) team

About you:

  • You will have strong organisational and time management skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • You will have understanding of project management principles
  • You will have capability to handle confidential information with discretion

Benefits:

  • $43.82 per hour + Super
