Job Title

A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Diversional Therapist to join our Young Adult Mental Health Units. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality diversional therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging therapeutic programs that support recovery and wellbeing.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide patient-centered care with appropriate therapeutic boundaries and professionalism.
  • Undertake designated administrative tasks to support service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Recognised Degree in Diversional Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with eligibility for membership with the relevant national council.
  • Experience in providing diversional therapy interventions with mental health consumers in group and 1:1 formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
