Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Diversional Therapist to join our team at a Toowoomba Aged Care Facility. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • To explore the resident's interests and develop their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities.
  • To assess their responses and record on a regular basis.
  • To observe and record their progress.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • A relevant qualification in Diversional Therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
