Job Description:">

We are currently seeking a skilled horticulturist to join our team for the long term. As part of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with renowned landscape designers and contribute to delivering high-quality landscape construction and garden maintenance services.

Maintaining high-end residential gardens on the Central Coast will be a key responsibility, including tasks such as hedging, pruning, fertilizing, weed and pest control, detailing, planting and care of plants and trees, irrigation control, turf care etc.

Additional duties will include collecting materials, plants and equipment when required.

This is a reliable full-time position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

- A Certificate III in Horticulture is required for this role.

- You should have good knowledge of plants and experience in using machinery, including pole hedgers.

- Honesty, reliability, positivity and hard work are essential qualities for success in this position.

- Attention to detail and pride in your work are also highly valued.

- A drivers license is preferred, with manual driving skills being advantageous.
