We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Nursery Experts. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about horticulture and customer service.">

Our retail garden centre is the go-to destination for all gardening needs, offering a diverse range of products and services. As a key member of our outdoor nursery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product advice, and facilitating sales of nursery items.

The primary role involves day-to-day organisation of the outdoor nursery area, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

- A hands-on attitude and ability to work independently
- Display initiative and enjoy working outdoors
- Good plant identification skills and solid gardening/plant experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and energetic

You will also need to hold a Horticulture Certificate II or III in Horticulture.
