Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative educator to lead our Design and Technology - Aviation program. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future of our students through our acclaimed Approved Specialist Aviation Program.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences and driving excellence in aviation education. A multi-disciplinary approach with a strong foundation in Engineering, Physics, and a broad understanding of the Aviation Industry would be highly regarded.

  • Pilot Qualifications:
  • Commercial or Private Pilot's Licence
  • Flight Instructor accreditation
  • Experience in Air Traffic Control
  • Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) or a willingness to undertake drone operation training

This role offers flexible working arrangements, with negotiable FTE between 0.6 and 1.0, including dedicated Flying Time. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and lead the Aviation Specialist Program, contributing to its ongoing development and innovation.

Our Aviation Program combines theoretical instruction, flight simulation, and real-world flying experiences, giving students the opportunity to take to the skies above Perth. We are seeking teachers who can foster a passion for aviation and engineering in our students.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their expertise in Design and Technology - Aviation and contribute to the development of our program. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent support to students.
