About the Role

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lifestyle Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in promoting the psychological, social, and physical wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lifestyle Coordinator in developing and implementing activity programs and social activities
  • Support residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential Manager and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Previous experience working in aged care
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
