Job Title: Lifestyle Assistant

Join Catholic Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care services, as a Lifestyle Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will assist the Lifestyle Coordinator in developing and implementing activity programmes to promote the wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will work closely with the Residential Manager and Lifestyle Coordinator to create engaging and meaningful activities for our residents. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of activity programmes
  • Supporting residents with their daily needs and interests
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure resident-centred care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Previous experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
