Job Summary:
The Intune Desktop Support Specialist plays a key role in providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Intune win32 and Store apps, Windows Security Updates, and Office updates.
Responsibilities include interpreting Intune policies, resolving device sync issues, and developing PowerShell scripts for intermediate to expert level tasks.
This role requires a deep understanding of Windows Autopilot and Azure AD, as well as experience with SCCM and Intune App Deployments, GPOs, and Intune CSP configurations.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Level 3 desktop support with a focus on Intune, Windows, and Azure AD.
- Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting experience of Intune, cloud and thick build machines.
- Knowledge and understanding of Windows Autopilot and Azure AD.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for Intune win32 and Store apps.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Security Updates and Office updates.
- Ability to read the Intune Policy, Device Sync issues; and providing fix.
- Experienced in SCCM and Intune App Deployments and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in GPOs and Intune CSP configurations.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge - intermediate / expert.
- Experience / understanding on Windows Autopilot and process.
- **L3** troubleshooting experience in a Windows environment.
- Worked on RCA.
