HVAC Expert Wanted for Dynamic Team

We're seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC technician to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge chillers, building management systems (BMS), and industry-leading product training.

As an HVAC expert, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch on-site field service, supporting customers through installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You'll also contribute directly to the growth and profitability of the business by driving sales, expanding market presence, and improving delivery excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on exposure to advanced HVAC systems, including chillers and BMS
  • Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values quality, customer satisfaction, and employee growth
  • Work independently while contributing to a tight-knit team
  • Deliver expert service, ensuring equipment performs at its peak

Requirements:

For this role, we're looking for someone who brings more than just technical skills – we want the right attitude and mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you'll have:

  • A self-motivated, proactive approach, taking pride in being punctual, well-presented, and having a 'can-do' attitude
  • Solid experience with HVAC systems, strong understanding of components and servicing, with chiller experience highly regarded
  • A Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration along with a valid ARCTick licence
  • A current air-conditioning and refrigeration licence
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
