Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level technical support and incident resolution across Microsoft 365 and Azure services, ensuring service continuity and performance.
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle and compliance using Intune, ensuring secure and policy-driven endpoint management.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) to support communication, collaboration, and governance.
  • Uplift security configurations and Compliance policies adhering to Zero Trust security through Microsoft Defender, Purview and Intune.
  • Lead technical projects and automate operations to enhance efficiency and policy adherence.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Requires 5+ years senior-level experience in Microsoft cloud environments, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender and Purview.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and endpoint compliance.
  • Proven ability to support multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly desirable certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Tertiary IT qualification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), SC-300 or SC-100, MS-102, and ITIL Foundation.
  • Aged care or healthcare IT experience is advantageous but not required.
