Construction Contract Manager

At Buildcorp, we're committed to delivering exceptional results through our Asset Solutions Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts related to our construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the contract management process from pre-construction through to project completion
  • Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and legal regulations
  • Developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities within contracts
  • Resolving contract disputes and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitoring contract performance and making recommendations for improvements
  • Providing guidance and support to project managers on contractual matters

You'll have:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of construction contract law
  • You are a proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous construction delivery experience 6 years minimum
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Prior Building services project experience is preferred but not essential for this role

Qualifications:

  • Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
