Concrete Production Specialist Job

This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on work with a focus on batching and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the company's brand.
  • Take orders, finalize sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs using computer-aided systems.
  • Schedule rostering and truck movements using specialized software.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Order raw materials as needed to support production needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and proficiency with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred) and knowledge of plant operations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
