Batching Specialist

We are seeking a Batching Specialist to manage concrete batching, schedule deliveries, and operate plant equipment at our Swanbank concrete plant.

No prior experience with batching? No problem – we will provide full training to ensure you achieve success in this role.

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and represent the brand
• Take orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
• Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
• E nsure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Order raw materials as needed

• Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
• Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
