Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced seafood processor to join our production team.

About the Role:

  • Fillet fish and process other seafood as part of a high-performing team
  • Process a variety of fish species, with knowledge of their characteristics and requirements
  • Have in-depth knowledge of seafood products, including their nutritional value and market demand
  • Understand and implement company food safety protocols and HACCP processes
  • Perform efficient and accurate work, with attention to detail and quality control

Requirements:

  • Able to work full-time in a fast-paced production environment

  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations, with ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure and record quantities
