Treatment Room Healthcare Leader

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the provision of services within a busy medical practice that provides a wide array of onsite services to the community.
The successful candidate will perform clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist with patient triage and procedures, and build relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of healthcare services in a fast-paced environment
- Perform a range of clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management
- Liaise with staff to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care; leadership experience is preferred but not essential
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth of the practice
- Capable of working independently and making decisions in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and team members
- No night shifts, weekends, or shift work
