About Us

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Treatment Room Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a range of clinical duties, including health assessments and immunisations. You will also assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.

  • Manage the provision of services within the Medical Centre's treatment room and assist Health Care Professionals.
  • Conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs, including pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipment.
  • Build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments.
  • Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures.
  • Assist PM with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.
  • Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting.
  • Prior experience leading a successful team is highly regarded, though we will support you with further development if required.
