About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader to conduct clinical duties and manage treatment room staff performance in a busy practice.
- Manage the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room.
- Conduct clinical duties with direction from Health Care Professionals, including pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, equipment cleaning and sterilization.
- Build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments.
- Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures.
- Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.
- You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or an Acute setting. Previous leadership experience is highly regarded.
- You will be passionate about improving patient outcomes and experiences.
- You will play a key role in our medical centre team and evolving business, making decisions and working independently when required.
- You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
- You must have unrestricted Australian work rights and supply evidence of your vaccination history and immunity.
