Treatment Room Leader Position

About The Job

As a Treatment Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of services within the treatment room, supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical duties.

  • Manage the provision of services within the treatment room, supporting Healthcare Professionals
  • Perform clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation
  • Build relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures
  • Assist with patient triage and procedures
  • Support the Practice Manager with staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management
  • Liaise with staff to ensure SOPs are followed
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing, and have a passion for leadership and innovation.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care; leadership experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
