Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring that their business needs are met and that the solution is tailored to their specific requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate client requirements to identify potential enhancements to our solutions and services, and document and communicate product improvements as part of client-specific implementation projects or in response to trends in the marketplace.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team, and stay up-to-date with new system versions, features, and industry trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in superannuation fund accounting, tax accounting, or investment accounting, with a strong understanding of investment management and wealth management workflows.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality implementation services to clients, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and other team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex issues into components and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to travel to client sites throughout the Asia Pacific region, with a willingness to work effectively in a remote environment.
