We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Management Consultant to join our team at 2901 Charles River Development Inc Australia Branch. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services to our clients, ensuring that their investment management solutions meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and evaluate client requirements to define and configure investment management solutions
- Provide product expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process
- Ensure that the solution meets the client's business needs and is properly tested and validated
- Document client requirements and workflows, and successfully transition the client to Technical Support and Relationship Management
- Monitor and evaluate client requirements to identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services
- Contribute to software quality by clearly communicating defects to Technical Support and Product Management
- Aid other members of the Professional Services team and proactively develop and share best practices
- 3+ years' experience in superannuation fund accounting, tax accounting or investment accounting
- Strong understanding of investment management or wealth management workflows, including portfolio management, trading, compliance, IBOR, PMA, and risk
- Basic knowledge of equity, fixed income, and FX instruments front and middle office workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey plans, issues, and risks to clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinker who can decompose complex issues into components and perform root cause analysis
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet self-imposed deadlines
