As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your primary objective will be to position the organization for success by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for analyzing clients' financial positions and identifying ways to meet their day-to-day needs and medium-term goals.
- Your task will involve collaborating with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet clients' expectations.
- You will negotiate commercial terms of transactions with clients via intermediaries and oversee the progress of deal execution to ensure timely delivery.
- You will work closely with Risk Management to optimize efficiency in the lending process.
- You will establish a network of local internal and external stakeholders and intermediaries to assist in the origination of new business and gathering competitive intelligence.
- You should have experience in client analysis and credit origination.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You must be able to collaborate within a high-performing team environment.
- Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks are necessary.
- You should possess extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or a related field are desirable.
