Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of clients and lead junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a broad range of client relationships across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners on customized projects and ad-hoc work requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including Statutory Accounts and Management Accounts.
  • Develop and review tax computations and returns for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Effectively manage time, workload, and team performance to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide guidance, support, and quality assurance for junior staff, promoting their growth and development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent by experience.
  • Significant practice experience.
  • Proven track record in client management.
  • Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff work.
