We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Liaison

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and providing a warm and friendly first impression
  • Assisting with investment account openings and estate administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (including AML/KYC)
  • Promoting our products and services in every interaction
  • Supporting the broader client services team with day-to-day operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Office administration experience or transferable customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to obtain RG146 certification, we will help you with this
  • Experience in financial services is a plus, but not essential

The ideal candidate will be switched on, keen to learn and grow, engaged and proactive, professional and friendly, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
