Job Responsibilities


As a Digital Activation Leader, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with client goals and objectives;
  • Leveraging expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social channels to drive campaign success;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal ROI;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve;
  • Providing expert guidance and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital media, preferably in Paid Search or Paid Social channels;
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing principles;
  • Prior experience working with Australian media landscape and platforms such as Google and Facebook;
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Benefits and Salary


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including:
