About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Activation Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive the implementation of our digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing digital campaigns and teams, with a focus on achieving high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital coordinators and executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality work.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively and proactively to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting key findings and insights to inform future campaign development.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital media, with a strong background in paid search and social channels.
  • Excellent understanding of Search Engine and Social Media marketing principles, with relevant experience in managing digital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to analyze and manipulate data.

Salary Estimate: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
