Job Title: Quality Manager, Q-GEN

About the Role:

The Quality Manager is responsible for all aspects of our quality system, ensuring ongoing compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and product safety.

This role requires a deep understanding of GMP principles, strong leadership skills, and effective organisational abilities to manage our quality management system and oversee QA and QC functions.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring the TGA license for GMP manufacturing as Quality Nominee.
  • Ensure our quality system responds to researcher and client needs through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage our Quality Management System, including document control, corrective actions, audits, supplier management, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining TGA license for GMP manufacturing as Quality Nominee.
  • Ensuring our quality system is responsive to researcher and client needs.
  • Managing the Q-Gen Quality Management System.
  • Overseeing QA and QC functions, including document control, CAPAs, audits, supplier management, and trend analysis.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in GMP quality systems in cell therapy or similar settings.
  • Deep understanding of GMP principles and Australian regulations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $142,044 to $149,235 plus superannuation and generous salary packaging.
