Senior Quality Expert

Job Description:
  • Drive quality excellence across projects through strategic planning, process improvement, and team collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to mitigate potential issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to embed compliance and quality management best practices.
  • Analyze complex problems, implement effective solutions, and track ongoing improvements to enhance quality performance.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on quality systems and tools to build capability and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management or as a senior quality expert with a strong track record of delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks, including Procore.
  • Superb communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, auditing, or related fields.
  • A proven ability to support operational excellence and drive business success.
