Job Title: Quality and Compliance Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality and Compliance Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, risk, and innovation across our cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with General Managers to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services.
  • Build the capability of cluster leaders to ensure an effective governance and quality framework.
  • Provide high-quality care and continuous improvement.
  • Navigate current and emerging Aged Care Legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality.
  • Current AHPRA or professional body registration is highly desirable.
  • Relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
